I started showing up differently almost immediately. I became more intentional about how I communicated my impact, how I prepared for conversations, and how I positioned myself with my leader. The confidence I gained was incredible, but what really confirmed it for me was the feedback I started getting at work. My leader could see the difference too.

There are lessons in this program that I genuinely don't know how to put a price on. I walked away feeling more confident, more strategic, and much more in control of where my career is going.

This program gave me the steps in a way I could finally understand. I could see where I was in my career, where I wanted to grow, what I was missing, and what I needed to start doing differently.

And I saw the impact quickly. About a month into the program, my manager asked me to take on a special assignment and told me they were starting to see something different in me.

The crazy part is that I hadn't suddenly become better at my job. I had learned how to communicate my value, highlight my impact, and show up more intentionally. That alone changed the way people were beginning to see me.

I couldn't understand why.

What I realized through this program was that I had spent years believing that if I worked hard enough, people would notice. And for a while, that had worked. But the level I wanted to reach next required something different.

I had to change my mindset. I had to think differently about how I showed up, how I communicated my value, how I built influence, and how I demonstrated that I was already capable of operating at the next level.

I originally thought I was investing in a program. What I realized was that I was investing in myself.

If you have an opportunity to invest in The Power School, do it. Especially if you know you are capable of more but cannot quite figure out why your career has stopped moving the way it used to.
